* Students will have to prove their status by presenting a valid student ID card or similar document at the registration desk.
Registration fee includes:
- Participation in the Conference
- Coffee Breaks (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- Lunch warm: Fingerfood, 1 normal, 1 vegetarian meal, Buffet (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Student travel grants:
- There will be a limited number of sponsored travel grants available for presenting student authors.
- Please contact Thorsten Hüffer (thorsten.hueffer@univie.ac.at) to apply for a travel grant (deadline July 15th, 2015).
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by June 15th, 2015, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. A deduction of EUR 25 administrative fee will be made to cover the cost of processing.
- For cancellations before July 15th, 2015, a cancellation fee of EUR 250 will be charged.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations made after July 15th, 2015 or for no shows.
- All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna congress@univie.ac.at.
